Labor Day is behind us and it's nearly official: summer has drawn to a close. Still, we're not sure whether more great things can be said about New York City summers or the cool down in to autumn.
In this time in between, when the heat is not quite as intense, yet the leaves haven't changed just yet, it's not uncommon to begin thinking about what the last quarter of the year may bring.
If you've recently considered purchasing or selling real estate in New York City, then we'd like to personally invite you to reach out to our office. While we've enjoyed showing apartments beneath the bright and high June, July, and August sun, we believe the next four months create a special time for real estate in the city.
Just imagine enjoying your first Thanksgiving and holiday season in your new home. The snow is falling outside and while you haven't quite found the time to unpack, the boxes and boxes in the corner of the room provide a certain comforting reminder: this place is something new, something exciting, and a fresh start to cherish.
Wherever the next few months may take you, we wish you the very best for the forthcoming autumn.
